Due to the annoying incompetence of the hotel staff (considering the hotel's rates, at least), I was unable to use the hollow block that is my mom's laptop which I lugged along for the entire trip in hopes of being able to connect to the net. Whine # 1: I had to wait for two inconsiderate people to get done with using the net. Can't they read? "Please limit to 15 mins per session." Grr.
